We are minutes from University College Cork and under half an hour from CIT, Cork College of Commerce and St John’s Central College. Perfect!
All of our 190 en-suite rooms are purpose-built for students, so you can focus on your studies and socialising in surroundings designed for you.

Tu reserva puede ser cancelada de forma gratuita si la aplicación de tu Visa ha sido denegada.
Una reserva puede ser cancelada gratuitamente si no has sido admitido en la universidad que has escogido.
Una reserva puede ser cancelada gratuitamente debido a la situación actual del COVIT-19
Unless the context otherwise requires, words and expressions defined in your Licence to Reside (“Licence”) shall have the same meanings in this Cancellation Policy. Bookings made prior to 31 July 2021 If you sign your Licence to Reside prior to 31 July 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Licence, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 31 July 2021. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Licence and will refund your Advance Room Fee Payment of €300.00.
Bookings made on or after 31 July 2021 If you sign your Licence to Reside on or after 31 July 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Licence, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Licence to Reside (the “Cooling-Off Period”). Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Licence and will refund your Advance Room Fee Payment of €300. Bookings made for Semester 2 or 3 starting after the 1st January 2022 Bookings made for Semester 2 or 3 starting after the 1st January 2022
If you sign your Licence to Reside for a semester 2 or 3 beginning after the 1st January 2022, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 15 November 2021 or 8 weeks before the start of your Licence to Reside whichever is the shortest. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Licence and will refund your Advance Room Fee Payment of €300.00. If you have not collected your key you may also cancel at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Licence to Reside (the “Cooling-Off Period”).
During the cancellation period, you may cancel your Licence to Reside, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Licence and will refund your Advance Room Fee Payment of €300.00. Cancelling outside the Cooling-Off Period Outside the Cooling-Off Period, you may request to cancel your Licence to Reside, by notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property. However, you will remain liable for the Room Fee payable under the Licence to Reside until a suitable replacement student has been found. Cancelling as you do not receive your visa
If you are not successful in being awarded a visa to travel and study, then we can help. Firstly, we may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences around the globe if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or we do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, we will release you from your Licence to Reside provided the following criteria are met: You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, within 3 days of your visa rejection letter; and You provide the Residence Manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the embassy or visa office. One less worry if you don’t receive your points
This is applicable to prospective first-year undergraduate students only. If you are not successful in obtaining your place at your chosen University, then don’t worry, we can help. Firstly, we may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or we do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, we will release you from your Licence to Reside provided the following criteria are met:
You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the General Manager at the Property, within 48 hours after your CAO offer; and You provide the Residence Manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the University or CAO. Once we have your request, we will confirm receipt and refund your Advance Room Fee Payment of €300
Alrededores
Si firma su Licencia para residir a partir del 1 de junio de 2021 y no ha recogido las llaves de su Habitación, puede cancelar su Licencia, notificando por escrito o por correo electrónico al Gerente de Residencia en la Propiedad, en cualquier tiempo dentro del período de catorce (14) días a partir de la fecha en que usted firme su Licencia de Residencia (el Período de Reflexión). Una vez que reciban dicho aviso, confirmarán la recepción, cancelarán su licencia y le reembolsarán el pago anticipado de la tarifa de la habitación de 300 €

Cuando se registre, necesitaremos ver una copia de su identificación, y también recomendamos traer una copia impresa de su contrato de arrendamiento con sus formularios de garante firmados.
Solo se permiten refrigeradores adicionales en su habitación si tienen el propósito de almacenar medicamentos recetados.

En momentos de incertidumbre y para su tranquilidad, le recomendamos que seleccione una tarifa flexible con cancelación gratuita. Si sus planes cambian, siempre puede cancelar gratuitamente hasta que el plazo de cancelación expire.
Esta tarifa es una tarifa única y no reembolsable de 50 € para cubrir los costos administrativos asociados con el procesamiento de su solicitud para vivir con nosotros.
El seguro de contenido no está incluido en su contrato de arrendamiento. Es su obligación proporcionar su propio seguro de contenido según la legislación irlandesa.
No proporcionamos ropa de cama ni toallas en nuestros apartamentos, ya que encontramos que a los estudiantes les gusta personalizar sus habitaciones.
Todos sus alquileres deben pagarse mensualmente por adelantado, como se establece claramente en el contrato de alquiler que firma en el momento de la reserva. Para simplificar las cosas, el alquiler total que se nos debe debe pagarse mensualmente por adelantado en 8 pagos iguales según el contrato de alquiler.
Para vivir con nosotros mientras estudias en la Universidad, debes tener 18 años o más.
