Beckley Point es nuestra residencia de estudiantes de última generación en Plymouth, que abrió por primera vez en 2017.
La Universidad de Plymouth y la Facultad de Arte de Plymouth están prácticamente al otro lado de la carretera desde Beckley Point, ¡así que llegar a la universidad será sencillo!
El alojamiento para estudiantes de Beckley Point ofrece una vida cómoda y elegante con una variedad de opciones, que incluyen elegantes baños en suite, estudios, apartamentos de una o dos habitaciones y un ático. Unless the context otherwise requires, words and expressions defined in your Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement shall have the same meanings in this Cancellation Policy. Bookings made prior to 1 June 2021 If you sign your Tenancy Agreement prior to 1 June 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 1 June 2021. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made.
Bookings made on or after 1 June 2021 If you sign your Tenancy Agreement on or after 1 June 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Tenancy Agreement (the “Cooling-Off Period”). Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made. Bookings made for Semester 2 or 3 starting after the 1st January 2022
If you sign a Tenancy Agreement for a semester 2 or 3 beginning after the 1st January 2022, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 15 November 2021 or 8 weeks before the start of your agreement whichever is the shortest. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made. If you have not collected your key you may also cancel at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Tenancy Agreement (the “Cooling-Off Period”).
During the cancellation period, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made. Cancelling outside the Cooling-Off Period Outside the Cooling-Off Period, you may request to cancel your Tenancy, by notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property. However, you will remain liable for the Rent payable under the Tenancy Agreement until a suitable replacement tenant has been found.
Cancelling as you do not receive your visa If you are not successful in being awarded a visa to travel and study, then we can help. Firstly, we may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences around the globe if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or we do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, we will release you from your Tenancy Agreement provided the following criteria are met: You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, within 3 days of your visa rejection letter; and You provide the Residence Manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the embassy or visa office.
One less worry if you don’t receive your grades This is applicable to prospective first-year undergraduate students only If you are not successful in obtaining your place at your chosen University, then don’t worry, we can help. Firstly, we may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or we do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, we will release you from your Tenancy Agreement provided the following criteria are met: You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, before 25 August 2021; and
You provide the Residence Manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the University or UCAS. Once we have your request, we will confirm receipt and refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other rent payments you may have made.

No aceptamos depósitos para ninguno de nuestros alojamientos para estudiantes. En su lugar, deberá pagar una tarifa de alquiler por adelantado que se destinará a su segundo pago de alquiler.
Si necesita llegar fuera del horario de atención, infórmeselo al equipo de asistencia de su residencia con la mayor antelación posible para asegurarse de que estemos disponibles para ayudarlo.

En momentos de incertidumbre y para su tranquilidad, le recomendamos que seleccione una tarifa flexible con cancelación gratuita. Si sus planes cambian, siempre puede cancelar gratuitamente hasta que el plazo de cancelación expire.
Si firma un contrato de arrendamiento por un semestre 2 o 3 a partir del 1 de enero de 2022, puede cancelar su arrendamiento, notificando por escrito o por correo electrónico al administrador de la residencia en la propiedad, sin penalización hasta el 15 de noviembre. 2021 u 8 semanas antes del inicio de su contrato, lo que sea más corto. Una vez que recibamos dicho aviso, confirmaremos la recepción, cancelaremos su arrendamiento y le reembolsaremos su Pago de alquiler anticipado de £ 250,00, junto con cualquier otro pago de alquiler que pueda haber realizado.
Solo podemos aceptar estudiantes de tiempo completo.
Para vivir con nosotros mientras estudias en la Universidad, debes tener 18 años o más.
No permitimos fumar dentro de su residencia, pero puede fumar afuera.
